Upcoming Band reminders 8-14-23

We had a great first week of Band Camp and Week 2 is coming up! We have a few announcements and reminders for the final week…

  • All Band students are reminded to wear sneakers all week as we will be marching
  • Returning students, please bring your band shoes in on Tuesday the 15th for cleaning.
  • Our first NEBOPO meeting of the year will be Wednesday the 16th in the auditorium. New students and 6th grade parents should be here at 6pm and returning students’ parents should be here at 7pm. You’ll be receiving your 23-24 NEBOPO handbook among other things. We’ll also be going over upcoming fundraisers and other pertinent info. Our regular meetings have been moved to the 3rd Wednesday of every month now. Our next meeting will be Wednesday, September 20th
  • We started making our yearly band shirts last week and will be finishing them in the upcoming week. They will be sent home to be washed and ALL students are reminded to wear their band shirts on Friday!
  • Lastly, please remember that your fair share payment of $75 must be turned in before your student can pick up their band uniform. Uniform distribution date sign-ups will be available at our meeting Wednesday.
